Personal Contributions
Cash, checks and money orders can be designated to support many programs including Oncology
Services, Women and Children Services, Emergency and Trauma Services, Clinical Services,
Cardiovascular Services and other special projects.
Gifts of Stocks, Bonds, Insurance and Real Estate
Making gifts of appreciated securities is not a complicated process and can be very beneficial
(tax-wise) for the donor.
If you have possession of stock certificates, send the unendorsed certificate and a signed
stock power (available from your financial services provider) to the North Memorial Foundation. The gift is recognized on the date of the envelope.
When contributing mutual funds, bonds, notes, assigned insurance policies or real estate,
obtain the advice of your financial advisor or contact the North Memorial Foundation
for further information.
Gifts-In-kind
Donated services and personal items are tax-deductible as provided by law. The Foundation staff can assist you with these types of gifts. Such gifts-in-kind can include jewelry, art, coins, stamps and collectibles.
To make a contribution to North Memorial or if you have questions about making contributions to North Memorial programs, contact the North Memorial Foundation at (763)520-5659.
